RUN FOR IT: While making the fashion week rounds, Angela Simmons plans to pick up a few pointers along the way. Before Costello Tagliapietra, the 25-year-old said Donna Karan, Tommy Hilfiger, Charlotte Ronson and Alice + Olivia were also on her itinerary. Flying solo, Simmons is working on the Angela by Angela Simmons with her own team and not an outside company. That’s a feat considering her father Run-D.M.C.’s Joseph Simmons created a quite a few fashion trends and her uncle is Russell Simmons. “The toughest part is doing it on your own. The fashion industry is really fast and there are so many companies. You just have to set the tine for your collection and work and work.”
