TV SYNERGIES: “Project Runway Spotlight: Marchesa,” will air on Lifetime Thursday at 10 p.m. The fashion special will follow a new episode of “Project Runway All Stars,” where Marchesa cofounder Georgina Chapman is a judge. The half-hour special will provide a behind-the-scenes look at Marchesa, the fashion house cofounded by designers Chapman and Keren Craig, and worn by A-list stars on the red carpet. The TV special also features interviews with Anna Wintour, Halle Berry and Eva Longoria.
