TV CLOSE-UP: Both Christian Siriano and Padma Lakshmi come with notable small-screen experience — he won the fourth season of “Project Runway”; she is the host on Bravo’s “Top Chef.” No surprise, really, that both are using television to sell some merch. On Feb. 22, Siriano will debut Striking by Christian Siriano, a capsule line, on HSN priced from $79.90 to $169.90. Lakshmi, meanwhile, is already on the home shopping channel in a culinary capacity, but she is branching into jewelry under the PL by Padma Lakshmi brand. Priced from $16 to $90, the pieces will launch on the network on March 22.
