PAGING DR. KOLB: On May 10, Steven Kolb can add doctor to his title. That's when the chief executive officer of the Council of Fashion of America will receive an Honorary Doctor of Arts degree from Kendall College of Art and Design, Ferris State University in Grand Rapids, Mich. During the commencement ceremony, he will be introduced by designer and CFDA member Pamella Roland DeVos, who recently made a $1 million gift to the school to create the Pamela Roland DeVos School of Fashion there.
