NEW AT TRUSSARDI: Trussardi has tapped Paolo Piantella as communications director of the group. Based in Milan, Piantella will be in charge of the group’s press office, event organization and Web and advertising. Piantella was previously worldwide external relations director at Bulgari and, prior to that post, Gucci Group corporate communications manager.
