ON DISPLAY: In conjunction with the Albright Fashion Library, MAC Cosmetics will partner with the Fashion Institute of Technology for its latest exhibition, “Albright Goes to School.” Beginning March 10, the retrospective will feature designs chosen by 10 stylists and costume designers, such as Lori Goldstein, Kate Young and Catherine George, to celebrate the archive's 10th anniversary. As part of the installation, James Gager, senior vice president and creative director of MAC Cosmetics, will be featured in a video shown at the exhibit to discuss the relationship between beauty and fashion. "We at MAC support FIT in working with some of the best stylists in the world to now bring this resource to a wider audience," said Gager. "It’s really important to support [FIT] in inspiring the next generation of fashion visionaries."
