ROCKIN’ THE CROC: “I’ve been rocking Lacoste since I was 10,” Jonathan Adler enthused Friday night at Petit Palais, site of the fete for a limited-edition line of he’s done with the sportswear brand for the holidays. “When Lacoste approached me about this, I literally felt like I was a kid again.” Adler super-imposed needlepoint patterns on the iconic Lacoste crocodile and added a racing stripe on the side of polo shirts. Up to one dozen needlepoint shirts are to be hand-stitched by a nun in France, each requiring 400 hours of work. The party also featured an outdoor concert by French band Yelle.
