Most Recent Articles On Fashion ScoopsCELEBRITY QUOTIENT: Halle Berry and pop singer Fergie will be the FiFi celebrity award winners at the Fragrance Foundation’s 39th annual ceremonies, to be held on May 25 at Lincoln Center. According to the organization, this year’s Fragrance Celebrity of the Year award will be presented to Berry for her success in building her brand, first launched in 2009. Fergie will receive the New Fragrance Celebrity of the Year Award, in recognition of her debut scent, Outspoken, distributed by Avon Products Inc. As previously reported, Jean Paul Gaultier will be honored with the 2011 FiFi Hall of Fame Award.
