Bulova Corporation Taps Mary Beth Trypus

Bulova Corporation has appointment Mary Beth Trypus as executive vice president, effective Aug. 4. "I am excited to have Mary Beth join our executive team,” said president Gregory Thumm. “Her experience and track record of running a business with metrics, and marketing brand positioning across large organizations will be invaluable to us across all U.S. classes of trade.” In the role, Trypus will be responsible for Bulova’s sales and marketing initiatives. Prior to this, Trypus served as svp of sales and planning at the Jones Handbag Group.
 
Bulova is an independent subsidiary of Citizan Watch Company, headquartered in New York. In addition to its Bulova, Bulova Accu-Swiss and Caravelle New York timepieces, the company also has licensed Harley-Davidson Timepieces by Bulova watches, Frank Lloyd Wright Collection watches and clocks, and Bulova Clocks.
